Country Director: Food & Beverage

Location: Morocco (National Support Role)

The Opportunity

Aleph Hospitality is seeking a Country Director of Food & Beverage to build and lead a national F&B support structure for ONOMO Hotels in Morocco. The role’s mission is to elevate operational performance, ensure brand consistency, and drive sustainable profitability across the portfolio, supporting both turnaround and growth phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • F&B Strategy & Standards: Define, deploy, and continuously improve F&B strategies, SOPs, and brand standards across all hotels.
  • Operational Performance: Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across outlets while supporting hotel teams in daily operations.
  • Financial Performance: Own F&B commercial performance, cost control alignment, margins, and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Coach, mentor, and upskill hotel F&B leaders to build strong, autonomous teams.
  • Concept & Innovation: Partner with hotel leadership to evolve menus, concepts, service styles, and guest experiences in line with ONOMO’s positioning.
  • Audit & Governance: Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews, and performance audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key F&B interface between hotels, corporate teams, ownership, and external partners.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 8–10 years of progressive F&B leadership experience, including multi-property, cluster, or regional roles.
  • Expertise: Strong operational and commercial F&B background with proven experience in building scalable systems and standards.
  • Leadership: Influential, hands-on leader with strong people development and change management skills.
  • Mindset: Strategic yet operational, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.

Languages

  • French and Arabic: Mandatory
  • English: A strong command of English is a distinct advantage

Cluster Director of Finance / Cluster Finance Controller

The Opportunity

Aleph Hospitality is seeking a strategic leader in Finance to oversee the finance function of two of our managed hotels in Kigali.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure & Standards: Lead and manage the team in day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making, ensuring local compliance and maintaining the books of account for both properties.
  • Performance Culture: Set the pace for a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
  • Talent Development: Guide, coach, and upskill local teams to manage day-to-day finance and procurement processes.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure cost efficiency through clustering opportunities, brand alignment, and operational profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with hotel leadership to build monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and month-end close analyses, steering the hotels’ performance towards profitability.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with local laws and the filing of tax returns, ensuring internal finance processes function flawlessly.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 6–8 years of proven success in multi-property, cluster, or regional leadership roles.

  • Expertise: Technical mastery of financial systems used in hotels (SunSystems and/or Sage).
  • Leadership: Exceptional organisational skills and a natural ability to lead and nurture talent.
