With five hotels, of 3, 4 and 5 star ratings, currently open and three additional hotels in pre-opening, our next step is to build a strong national support structure to elevate the quality, consistency, and profitability of the Food & Beverage and Culinary operations across the country.

Mission for both roles:

• Set up and lead a structure that supports hotel F&B and culinary teams across all Onomo properties in Morocco
• Design and implement the processes and standards that will support and harmonise F&B and culinary operations in all hotels

• Set the tone and rhythm for a dynamic, performance-driven culture across all properties

• Guide, coach, and develop local teams to deliver consistent operational and guest experience excellence
• Ensure brand alignment, operational standards, and cost efficiency across outlets
• Partner closely with hotel leadership to drive performance and innovation in menu development, concepts, and service evolution
• Monitor and support execution through regular site visits, reviews, and engagement with hotel teams.

Your profile:
You are an expert in your field, culinary or food and beverage, with proven 6 to 8 years’ experience in multi-property or cluster roles. Beyond your own technical mastery, you bring strong organisational skills, excel at leading through others and nurturing local talent, and you are capable of driving the change and building systems that sustain success.  A good command of the English language is a strong advantage.

We are seeking a creative yet data-driven Cluster Marketing & Communication Manager to lead the full spectrum of marketing and brand communication across the hotels managed by Aleph Hospitality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Your mission

– Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies that strengthen hotels’ visibility, positioning and revenue
– Manage digital performance, social media content, PR, and media relations to boost the market presence of the hotels
– Lead photo/video productions and ensure brand consistency across all channels
– Partner with the commercial team to optimise campaigns, F&B activations, and guest engagement initiatives
– Analyse ROI, digital metrics, and market trends to guide decisions

You are

– A hospitality marketing professional with at least five years’ experience in multi-property or cluster roles
– Skilled in digital marketing tools, media planning, and brand storytelling
– Strategic, hands-on, with multitasking and project management skills, and able to balance creativity with commercial impact
– A Saudi national, fluent in Arabic and English
