Are you a seasoned Hotel General Manager with a passion for hospitality?  Are you an ambitious and talented Operations Manager/ EAM ready for your next role?

As a Hotel Manager or General Manager with Aleph Hospitality, you will:
– Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive operational excellence
– Implement innovative strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
– Cultivate strong relationships with guests, owners, partners, and local communities

The ideal candidates are self-starters and resourceful leaders, who are also customer focused and possess a strong business acumen.  Fluency in English is essential, and some positions also require a good command of French. Previous management experience within midscale to upper-midscale rooms and F&B operations is a must.  Experience within internationally branded hotels and of living and working in sub-Saharan Africa would be highly advantageous.
