Revenue Manager – Morocco & West Africa (Multi Property Role)
Location: Casablanca, Morocco
The Opportunity
Aleph Hospitality is seeking for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue maximization strategies, pricing optimization, forecasting, and distribution performance across our Onomo Hotels’ Morocco & West Africa portfolio. Your mission is to optimize room revenue, strengthen competitive positioning, and embed a revenue‑driven culture across all hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy: Drive pricing, forecasting, and business‑mix optimization across all assigned hotels.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor benchmarking, demand analysis, and STR reviews to maintain strong positioning.
- Reservations Oversight: Ensure consistent reservation standards, conversion performance, and inventory governance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Review ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, TRevPAR, MPI, ARI and RGI performance; present insights to leadership.
- Systems & Tools: Ensure effective use of PMS, RMS, CRS, channel managers, and BI platforms.
- Training & Culture: Coach Reservations teams and promote a revenue‑focused mindset across departments.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand standards, pricing governance, and revenue management best practices.
Your Profile
- Experience: 6–8 years in revenue management, e‑distribution, and reservations, ideally in multi‑property roles.
- Expertise: Strong command of RMS, PMS, CRS, channel management, STR, Lighthouse, and BI tools.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence senior leaders, train teams, and drive cross‑departmental alignment.
Languages
- Fluency in French and English required; additional languages are an advantage.
Revenue Analyst – Morocco (Multi Property Role)

Aleph Hospitality is seeking a data‑driven Revenue Analyst to support pricing, forecasting, and market intelligence for our Onomo Hotels’ Morocco portfolio. Your mission is to deliver accurate analysis, strengthen competitive positioning, and support the Revenue Manager in driving revenue performance across all hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor benchmarking, demand analysis, and monitor market trends.
- Data & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
- Forecasting Support: Provide accurate data inputs for forecasts and budgets; update based on market changes.
- Pricing Support: Maintain rate structures and support pricing decisions.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory controls, overbooking management, and restrictions during peak periods.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize commercial actions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations; participate / conduct revenue meetings.
- Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and support business cases.
- Systems: Use PMS, RMS, CRS, and BI tools; ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand standards, pricing governance, and revenue SOPs.
Your Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years in revenue management, data analysis, or similar hospitality roles, ideally in multi property roles.
- Expertise: Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Tableau/Power BI, STR, Lighthouse, RMS, PMS, CRS.
- Communication: Strong reporting and presentation skills; ability to translate data into insights.
Languages
Fluency in French and English required; additional languages are an advantage.
