    Operations

    Our COO Jad works closely with the operation and corporate teams to ensure we optimise our hotel performances as well as safeguard owners’ interests and returns. His focus is on quality, revenues, and cost management in addition to creating a healthy and productive work environment for our teams. Unashamedly, Jad’s true passion is gardening.

    Tariq Dowidar

    Saudi Arabia

    As Vice President, Saudi Arabia, Tariq is responsible for leading Aleph Hospitality in Saudi Arabia. Tariq is our key representative in the Kingdom, and his main mission is to support our growth strategy from our Saudi office. In his spare time, Tariq enjoys playing chess.

    ESTELLE CHAMBOST

    Human Resources

    Estelle, our VP Human Resources, manages all the many talents in our team. From executive search and recruiting to advising management on human resource issues, Estelle also drafts HR policies and provides guidance to local hotel teams in the various countries of our growing hotel portfolio. On a personal note, Estelle has a collection of recipe books dating back to the late 18th century.

    Rohit Narang

    Finance

    Rohit provides financial leadership and support to all our hotels as well as managing the finances of the corporate office. As VP Finance, his role also includes ensuring the highest profitability to owners, consulting on potential financial impacts by external and internal influences and leading the financial functions of hotel openings. Interesting fact, Rohit is a passionate drummer from the Rock School of London.

    AHMAD YOUSRY

    Development

    Our Development Director Ahmad is responsible for growing our hotel portfolio in the Middle East and Africa. From sourcing new projects for appropriate properties and franchises to contract negotiations, he is also handling relationships with our existing and future partners. Ahmad is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Interesting fact, he is also the lead singer and electric guitarist in a rock band.

    STEVE PRATT

    Training

    As VP for Operations, Support and Training, Steve’s role is to create and implement learning solutions to support our teams’ growth and development. This involves collaborating with the Aleph team to deliver training and coaching programmes, both online and during regular visits to our hotels. Also, Steve recently completed a Master’s degree in Transdisciplinary Practice.

    Anne Bleeker

    Marketing & PR

    Anne is in charge of our corporate communications. She handles our comms strategy, content creation, public relations, digital marketing training, social media as well as being our official press contact for the GCC region. With a background in global hospitality, Anne is an absolute master in juggling words, and she has co-authored the book “Inspirational Women in Business”.

    Our youngest team member, Khalid was hired as Digital Marketing Executive following a successful internship at our headquarters. He handles our corporate marketing and social media while supporting the marketing team with various communication, internal training and website content. In his spare time, Khalid is dedicated to enhancing his sketching skills.

    Aman Raheja

    Feasibility

    Aman is in charge of feasibility for all hotel projects, potential leads and upcoming hotel openings. He structures deal terms and handles deal underwriting including capital commitments and owner priority returns. Aman is also our go-to-guy for industry statistics, travel and tourism research and market intelligence. When let loose, Aman is an avid tennis player who enjoys lobbing the yellow ball at amateur tournaments.

    Satish Jaidev

    Sales

    As our Corporate Head of Sales, Satish is in charge of developing the sales team, setting market strategies and supporting commercial performances for existing hotels, new openings and takeovers. Directing sales & marketing initiatives and revenue tactics, he is instrumental in creating synergies between the Aleph-managed hotels. Satish is happiest when cooking adventurously for a social crowd.

    Almond Reyes

    Administration

    As Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Almond is the glue that holds our busy Dubai office together. She manages the schedules and communications of our company executives, and coordinates, prioritises and oversees innumerable administrative tasks. On a personal note, Almond is a culture devotee with a penchant for museums and artworks, and she’s not shy to grab the microphone at karaoke.

    As our Director of IT for Qatar & Africa, Waqar oversees the management, security, and efficiency of our IT systems and tech infrastructure. He is responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our constantly evolving needs. In his spare time, Waqar loves star gazing and has captured Jupiter with its four Galilean moons.

    As our Director of Revenue for Qatar & Africa, Ramesh is responsible for maximising revenue growth, optimising pricing structures, and enhancing overall financial performance across the designated regions. He also handles revenue forecasting and market analyses, and when not crunching numbers, Ramesh can be found on the cricket pitch.
